Each file drawer should have:

  1. Course Flier in word
  2. Course Flier pdf version for each time it was taught
  3. Resume/vita of instructor
  4. Bio of Instructor (Picture if Possible)
  5. Course Description, Presentation Files and Handouts
  6. References
  7. Post-test for course (workshops do not require post-test)
  8. Attendance spreadsheet for each time class taught
  9. Ongoing attendance spreadsheet updated after each time taught
